  • We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders.

  • All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is available within Sri Lanka only.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability.

  • Customers will be notified of delivery status via SMS or email.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Warranty & Repairs

Certain electronic items may carry a manufacturer or shop warranty. Warranty coverage details will be mentioned on the product page or invoice.

Warranty will be void in cases of:

  • Physical damage or unauthorized repairs.

  • Water or power surge damage.

  • Tampering with warranty stickers.

6. Return & Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our official Return & Refund Policy (see below).

KTS TECHNOLOGIES (PVT) LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total purchase amount paid by the customer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
