🔄 Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Our goal at KTS TECHNOLOGIES (PVT) LTD is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
This policy applies to all purchases made from https://mykts.web.lk/ and deliveries within Sri Lanka.


2. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

  • Opened or used electronic items cannot be returned unless found defective upon delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Software, downloads, or digital products.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Items sold under clearance or special sale (unless defective).


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@ktsstore.lk.

  • Include order ID, photos, and a brief description.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


5. Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team.

  2. Send the item back to our return address after approval.

  3. Once we inspect and approve the return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

  4. Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.


6. Exchanges

We can exchange products for the same model (if available) or offer store credit for future purchases.


7. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims beyond 7 days are handled as per manufacturer or store warranty terms. Please keep your invoice for verification.
